These guys were awful. They fitted some Bridgestone 021's at a good price, but scratched my front wheel to hell - big, long, deep grinds on the rim - and fitted the valve stem facing the wrong way. Mad

I took the bike back to show them and they agreed to sort it out. I had to go back a 3rd time to leave them the bike once they had sourced the right paint and to be fair, they fixed the front wheel scratches well. BUT! They scratched the back wheel whilst doing it! One of their guys laughed at me being pi**ed off Evil or Very Mad

, and I had to go home without the bike and go back for a 4th time. I live 45 mins from them and so spent 6 HOURS! going back and forward, not counting the journey to get the tyres in the first place.

It amazes me just how incompetent some people are..
I've been fitting tyres for a while and i have never once damaged any rims.. If you have half a brain cell it just aint possible.

Yeah, I know. And even if one guy messes up, you would make damn sure that the next guy sorted it properly. Oh well, i'll never use them again and I've told plenty of others so hopefully they have lost a lot of money through their incompetence.
